Industrial Hot Melt Fiber Spray Handgun with heated melt tank reservoir in the gun allows for the precise application of low viscosity hot melt adhesives down onto substrates. Can also be used to extrude dots of lines of hot melt adhesive.

  • Adjustable temperature, volume & spray controls
  • Process hot melt 1.5" in diameter or smaller
  • Adapter and multi-orifice nozzles available

  • 120VAC 600W, supplied withĀ  NEMA 5-15 Style plug, maximum ofĀ  3.5 Ā SCFM at 80PSI, supplied with a Ā¼ industrial coupling.(Customer to contact industrial supplier of compressors for correct air compressor size recommendation)

The Champā„¢ 10s Hot Spray Gun is a totally self-contained hot melt spray system. The heated chamber melts adhesive within the gun and requires no heated hoses or tank. The Champā„¢ 10s Hot Spray Gun works with pressure sensitives, fugitives & standard packaging hot melts of medium and low viscosities without solvents. (Adhesives can be purchased in bulk form from Ā鶹 Corporationā„¢)
